How do I book a door-to-door bicycle servicing?
You can WhatsApp our friendly bicycle mechanic at +65 9145 1419 or email support@bikesmith.sg to arrange an appointment. Kindly provide your contact details, location and your preferred time slot. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What kind of information do I need to provide for you to assess my bicycle?
You can WhatsApp us a photo or video along with a short description of the bicycle problem you face and we can give you an estimate of the bicycle servicing cost before arranging for an appointment.
What type of bicycles do you service?
We specialize in servicing a wide spectrum of bicycles including road bikes, hybrid bicycles, trial bikes, mountain bikes, folding bicycles, tricycles, and more, ensuring optimal performance for every ride.
Can I customise my bicycle servicing package?
Yes, you can customise your bicycle servicing package by selecting one of our bicycle servicing packages. You can view our bicycle services here. Any add-ons will be charged on top of the package price accordingly.
Can I just change a tyre without doing any bicycle servicing?
Yes you can. However there will be an additional S$30 transportation charge. We always recommend servicing your bicycle every 6 months to 1 year, depending on how frequent you ride. Your safety is our top priority!
Do you provide urgent bicycle repair?
Yes we do. However it is entirely dependent on our bicycle mechanic’s availability at that point in time. Feel free to whatsapp us! You never know, we might be your saviour!
Where is the bicycle servicing usually done?
For HDB estates, we usually work at void decks, common corridors or car parks.
For private housing, we usually work at the balcony or basement car parks. Basically anywhere sheltered will be good for our bicycle mechanics to work on.
How can I make payment for the bicycle servicing package?
Payment will be collected after the bicycle servicing is complete. We accept PayNow transfers.
